For over 10 years they have successfully helped build industry renowned teams of technologists and researchers across North America, Europe, and now with the expansion of the team into Urban hub, the Asia Pacific region.
Rewind to 2021, Andy Rogers, one of the key London team members, was faced with having to move with his partner back to New Zealand where she was originally from. While this opened up significant opportunities for Grep Technology Partners in the Asia Pacific region, it was not without the challenge of finding a suitable space to operate out of with Andy initially launching operations from home.
“While initially the home office was somewhat fit for purpose, as the operations expanded and time moved on, I realised I needed somewhere that could provide me with flexibility, a professional setting, and interaction with other like-minded business people.” Andy commented.
“This was when I sought out a space and found Urban Hub”
Moving into Urban Hub played a critical role in supporting Grep Technology Partners’ business growth and expansion. Initially, the team signed a no-commitment agreement to test out the shared office space then moving on to a private serviced office space as the business grew.
“Urban Hub’s leasing arrangements provided much-needed flexibility, allowing the business to utilise their office solutions to the changing needs and circumstances of the business.
We initially launched into Urban Hub using the great shared space they have available. And they were flexible enough for us to work on a month to month agreement. They were also so efficient and set up our private office space within a day or two when we needed to make the change” he added.
“The phone rooms and meeting rooms were especially helpful for private conversations and meetings. I’ve also got to say the in-house all-rounder and barista, Chloe, added to the overall experience by providing coffees that are second to none..and that’s important!” Andy continued.
Grep Technology Partners move to Urban Hub allowed them to be part of a supportive community that contributed to the company’s success. The business was able to meet new people, connect through the events the Urban Hub Team delivers, and work in a nice, fresh space that keeps them productive.
Grep Technology Partners’ future plans include growth, with a plan to employ 10-15 people in Wellington alone.
“We’re looking forward to growing with Urban Hub as we know it can support the business’ growth goals and will provide us with a bigger space and amenity if needed.

Overall, the move to an Urban Hub Serviced Offices was a significant contributor to Grep Technology Partners success. The flexibility of the leasing arrangements, along with the excellent facilities and amenities provided by Urban Hub, helped the business overcome significant challenges and allowed it to thrive in a supportive community.
